IT STARTED WITH A LETTER AND ENDED WITH A NEW HOME FOR KRISTEN + ROSIE!

It all started with a letter:

“Dear Mark,

Imagine my surprise and delight to see your property back on the market! I was disappointed to see it pending sale as I was beginning my home search in December. But I am now here to tell you that I love it So I thought you might like to know a little bit more about the person that absolutely adores your house!…”

Kristen was searching for a place to call her own after living in St. Johns for some time. From winter to spring, through the snow, rain, and eventual sun we looked for the right house for Kristen, one that had a large backyard for her 1 year old Australian Shepard Mix, Rosie. We were delighted to see this Sumner dream house back on the market – it felt like fate! Her charming letter to the seller sealed the deal.

The neighborhood is perfect: close to the stunning views of Rocky Butte and Sacajawea Park, which has a great off-leash area for four-legged friends.
