I just want to say “congratulations” to my longtime client, Steve. Steve has been living in a condo on the Columbia River for about 10 years, but he decided that it was time for a change. He knew exactly what he was looking for and this condo on the Willamette was the first – and only – one that he looked at. It was one and done! It wasn’t actually that easy, though. It’s a great condo in a great location and there were multiple offers. Steve hung in there, and now he is about to move into the condo that is perfect for his new lifestyle. This is the third condo that I’ve helped Steve buy in 20+ years and as always, I’m looking forward to seeing what he does with his new place!

Greg Washington was born and raised in NE Portland’s Sabin neighborhood. He attended Sabin Elementary (then a K-8, as now) and Cleveland High School.
Greg is a Principal Broker and an Earth Advantage Certified Broker. He has been working as a REALTOR® in the Greater Portland area for almost 30 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Greg worked in the restaurant industry at Jake's Famous Crawfish and McCormick and Schmick's.
Greg is experienced in helping buyers and sellers with homes that range from Craftsman bungalows to Earth Advantage certified new construction homes.
In addition to his residential work, Greg has also represented clients in the sale and purchase of commercial properties in the Alberta Arts district of NE Portland.
