Justin and Katie are in phase two now of their summer of real estate moves. They’ve purchase their new home and we put the finishing touches on their old home to get it on the market. It’s listed now, having been staged by Greylynn Wayne. We’re excited to showcase this great property, with Justin and Katie having done a lot of the heavy lifting for it over the last couple of years. They used a 203K renovation loan and completely rebuilt the front porch. They remodeled the kitchen adding Schoolhouse Electric lighting, stainless appliances, Heath ceramic backsplash tiles, and new flooring. They cleverly hid the washer and dryer in the cabinetry to tuck it away. The bathroom is also remodeled with new tiling, vanity, and a refinished cast iron tub.
