On Friday, my seller closed on this home. My seller was a Personal Representative for a family member, so things weren’t as tradition as a typical home sale. However, everything went very smoothly. Even during some tricky repair negotiations. We closed on time, we closed above the asking price, and minimal repairs were needed before closing. Congratulations to the proud new owners of this home! Wishing them many years of happy memories!
