An investor client of mine had a tenant reach out to them to purchase the currently home they were renting in Oak Grove Milwaukie. The tenant was a qualified buyer and my client asked me to represent them in the sale. During the inspection process, I collected on behalf of my client 4 sewer bids and saved her over $13,000 in concessions as each sewer company had vastly different pricing for the same job.
