Congrats to Julia and Mark for taking the plunge and buying an amazing cottage at Classic Street. When they first walked in they knew this was the one! Built by Rick Bernard a Street of Dreams builder they loved the finishes and layout. It included a master both up and down, loft like area overlooking the main living space and had a nice private patio in the rear with hot tub bubbling. Adler cabinets, granite, skylights and beech floors added to the charm as well. With over 1,900 square feet this was more than a cottage having plenty of rooms for their daughters to invite friends to the beach too. All that was left to do was for the agents to make sure Mr. Racoon had moved out of the crawl space. While he did not want to give up his home, it was for a good cause and there were plenty of old growth trees in the neighborhood for him to take up new residence.
