It’s Summer Time for Buyers

By Sean Patrick O'Feery, June 27, 2018

We are in full on summer and everyone has plans for summer fun, vacations, home projects and bbq’s. Summer in the PNW is a spectacular thing and everyone is trying to make the best of it, soaking up that vitamin D.

How does that effect the Real Estate market you say?

There are generally more homes for sale during the summer months and there can be some great opportunities for buyers. If you ever bought or sold a home you know that at times it can feel like another job. In the summer months most of us don’t really want the job we’ve got let alone another one. This is why there are some great deals to be had out there right now. I watch listings everyday and have been surprised with some really great homes at a fair price that have simply sat, and maybe even had a price reduction.

If you’ve been on the fence about buying a home and waiting for a great time to do so consider these summer months when there is more choices and other buyers may be busy elsewhere!

If you would like genuine, focused and sincere representation in the sale or purchase of your home please call or email, providing excellent service has been a long-standing source of pride.
