After dreaming about moving to Portland for years my client finally made it a reality the winter of 2017/2018.
As a lifelong musician, he had been searching for a place with a vibrant arts community that he could contribute to. Luckily the perfect fit came along in the Alberta Arts district. Not only was the home in close proximity to the Alberta Rose Theater and Alberta Street Pub – both favorites of his, but all of the feelings of this home being ‘the one’ flooded in upon opening the door, in the words of my client:
“I can imagine having friends over for a barbecue in the backyard, letting my future dog roam free (possibly even my future kids!). I appreciate the natural light that comes into the living room, the flow of the home to the yard, and the great condition of the upper room and basement….I would be grateful to have the opportunity to call this home my own!”
