When my good friend asked me to help her find a house near Mt. Hood, I jumped on the opportunity. Not only did I get to see some amazing properties, but I was also enjoyed spending extra time with her. She spends most of her weekends volunteering for Mt. Hood Ski Patrol, so her heart was already at the mountain and she wanted to make it her home as well!
We made several trips before finding a beautiful A-frame nestled in the woods near the Salmon River trailhead. The house boasts a wall of windows, giving it great light. The floor plan is open, making it a great space to entertain. The master bedroom & bath are tucked away upstairs, while the 2 guest rooms on the main floor. The layout is perfect and my friend has plenty of room for Portland visitors spending the weekend at the mountain. I am so excited for her and was honored to help her make this dream come true!
