Sweet Simplicity in West Linn!

By Living Room Realty, April 9, 2018

You never know what you’ll find in the sweet little city of West Linn!

Heather and Jason, already sporting the  Portland home buyers tag, knew exactly what they were looking for when searching for their next home for their adorable family of 3- location, down size and schools.

The mid-century ranch set the tone of simplicity and functionality, boasting minimalist inspired living. Keeping a chic look throughout with sleek hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter days, a huge fenced yard for their little boy and Newfoundland puppy “Fiver” to burn off all their energy (not to mention summer gatherings under the covered patio in the backyard). There is no way the home didn’t scream out “pick me, pick me!” to the Dodge family. Heather and Jason couldn’t help but think of the future life ahead of them living in this mid-century beauty, in the heart of west side Portland.

What’s not to love when your future home is blocks away to markets of choice in the West Linn neighborhood, coffee shops, libraries to escape from the heat on those hot summer days and not to mention, across the street from Hammerle Park…a kid’s dream!

Needless to say, I think the Dodge family couldn’t be happier with their home purchase. For one, I couldn’t be any happier for my dear friends finding their home sweet home.
