I met Jed and Jackie at an open house for one of my listings and we made a good connection. Although that was a great house, it was not the right time for them. When they called and asked if I represent buyers, I was thrilled because they had stood out as a really fun and thoughtful couple on the hunt for a home.
We got the basics squared away with a great lender and started the looking at homes in earnest. We made a couple of offers on homes that could have been a good fit before we found the one!
It is a great home with lots of space, really more than they had considered in the past, but the price was right and we jumped on it. There were more than a dozen other offers made on the home, but with the combination of thoughtful buyers like Jed and Jackie and my skillful negotiation and good reputation working on their behalf we got it ‘into contract’.
I could not be happier for these two!
