Sweet two suite townhouse

By Living Room Realty, December 3, 2018

Dianna and Carri had a clear vision of what they wanted in a new home.  As busy professionals, they wanted to not take care of an old house. They wanted a townhome with at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, little yard and open floor plan. Also it had to be under $300,000, as close to a freeway, and close to Portland as possible.

When we began to search for homes within their criteria, we found that there were not a lot of options. As we saw a few homes, we began to see a trend of townhomes that had become rentals. They were worn out and tired or just felt overall uncared for.

We decided to push the boundary a little more North of Vancouver Mall and SR- 500. Instantly we found a the right house online. It had everything and then some but was hard to tell what it looked like as the photos of the home were not professional and were very dark. It was also well below our target price. After two seconds of being in the home, we were all in love. It was light, bright, vaulted ceilings, HUGE bedrooms, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, a fantastic back yard that backs to a school yard.  Close proximity to shopping but located on a quiet neighborhood street, it’s truly the best of all worlds.

Congratulations, to our newest buyers!
