Probably the greatest satisfaction in doing this job is when you have repeat clients. It’s great to see the progress people have made in their lives through hard work, and it’s rewarding knowing that they still entrust you with such a major life purchase. My client bought her first home in 2012 when she was in her very early 20’s. It was great to see that she had such a responsible focus at such a young age, while also having a plan for the future. I got the call this summer during the covid that she was really feeling that it was time to make the upgrade. We looked for awhile until she found the perfect farmhouse style home, with a huge yard just like the house she was leaving. People always say their first home holds a special place, but the past is what helps to create your present and future. Congratulations on your new purchase Celia! I am glad I could be a part of it!
