This was a little tougher transaction, however with cooperation from two amazing sellers, one fantastic buyer, and a couple of co-oping agents, teamwork brought it together! My client was quick to put her best foot forward on this wonderful townhome in Beaverton. The struggles came with a few repairs and a low appraisal, but with everyone working together, all came full circle. Keys were exchanged this past weekend and she couldn’t be more excited to move in!
