Thanks to my favorite lender!

Thanks to my favorite lender, Beth Imhoff, this transaction finally happened. The buyer wanted to find the perfect home for living in now and renting later, and to raise his sweet 10 year old daughter for the next couple years until he can buy more. After many offers, we finally found the house with a back yard, deck, hot tub, room for a trampoline, and a built in tree house! This was not an easy find and we lost on a few multiple offer situations along the way. But, because the Buyer was fully prepared by the lender and kept everything in good order while he searched, his offers were strong and ready to close in 30 days! I love it when my Buyers have a lender that is overseeing the process every step of the way. Thank you Beth! And I love helping people find the right home for right now, even if it takes awhile.
