This has definitely been an interesting time in the world and has also been different in the real estate market. A lot of my clients have decided to take a break and wait it out. While others have dove right in feeling like there is no time like the present to make this purchase. I’ve been working with this specific client for only a few months, when we ran into a great house in Park Rose with a huge backyard. With everything that is going on it is great to see that this house will get used for people with special needs!!
