When I started working with Steve and Susan from afar, I quickly learned that they were not novices when it came to home owning and world traveling. As they have a history of living in different countries all over the world and owning multiple properties along the way. That knowledge definitely came in handy when looking for a home to settle in to be closer to some family in Eugene. They wanted a newer mid century modern home with lots of living spaces on the main floor to do their various work in, a home with lots of light and it needed to have enough land and nature around them since that’s what they had come accustomed to. We had some up and down moments when searching through the housing market but once we found this 1990’s build in SW, it was picture perfect. The home had been in the same family since it was built and has been perfectly maintained, a rarity for any era home. Steve and Susan are so excited to get deeply rooted in the beautiful community of SW Portland and are elated to finally call it home!
