I’ve been working on and off with Krista for almost a year now. We went in and out of home searching while she ventured the states; but It was finally time to come back “home”. Her easy going personality had me doing double takes while we toured.. “Yeah I like it! Let’s do it! And if we don’t get it, that’s ok!” She knew what she wanted, and she knew what she wanted to spend, but she also was open to pretty much everything. This personality came in very handy in this market, because we didn’t get the first or second house.. but we did get the right one! A garden oasis with plenty of space and a beautiful enclosed back porch she could use year round- this was the one! With locks that certainly work (I locked myself more than once, as did the inspector), we cruise into closing. We need more Kristas in the world; easy, breezy and beautiful.
