The Difference a Three Hour Drive Can Make!

I’ve been having the “what you can get for your money” discussion with clients that have just relocated from Seattle to Portland.  This lovely couple and their two kids recently decided to make the move and they were so excited about what they could afford here in Portland vs. Seattle.  We just found them a gracious home in the hills with a view and a flat yard for the kids to play in.  Let’s just take a quick look at homes for sale in Seattle vs Portland. Keep in mind, these are what the homes are listed for, not what they will sell for.
