She prequalifies, offers Facetime tours, and has direct contact with landlords all over the city. Jennifer shares her time between tenant placement and on-boarding new landlords. Randall Thurman functions as property management’s Showing Agent. He leads tours for all the homes available within the Living Room portfolio and dazzles our prospects with his good-natured attitude and relatable personality.
