Mulligan Drive on the golf course in Manzanita is the most recent subdivision to our community, consisting of 10 lots nestled at the edge of the course. It’s been my pleasure to be involved in all 10 of these properties as either Listing Agent or Buyer’s Agent over the last couple years. 9 homes have been built by 3 different builders, just one lot is waiting for its dream home one day.
