We recently had sold a Bungalow fixer that sits on large lot in nice location – the value is mostly in the land but we really hoped to find someone that would fix her up. Sadly, she needed considerable work to both systems and structure. Many neighbors called with interest but none that the cash flow to take the project. The parcel of property is filled with bird song and beautiful stone patios made by our seller. I’m hoping the developer that ended up buying the little bungalow and its adjacent lot might salvage the stone pavers and use them in the landscaping of the new project. Who knows…. One can only hope.
