Travis and Ashley began their search looking for their first, but hopefully long term, family home. As we saw more houses get multiple offers, they decided to change strategy and look for something that would be great for them now…and they could keep as a rental property as they grew out of it.
I think they found the best of both worlds! Their new home is a darling two bedroom townhouse style condo with great proximity to parks for one year old Harrison. There’s enough of a backyard to play and super cool vaulted ceilings.
And in 5 years….well, we will see, the options are many!
