Happy key day to these first-time homebuyers! It’s been quite the journey together and I am so honored to have been part of it. B & M started their journey over two years ago, pre-pandemic. We thought we have found “the one”, but little did we know the pandemic was right around the corner and would soon change everything. We ended up pausing the home search and two years later we found ourselves starting our search back up, as the historic seller’s market began to calm and interest rates quickly began to rise.
These two fought hard to get to their end goal of homeownership and here they are, moving into the first home they own together! It’s been a pleasure working with you two, congratulations on this huge accomplishment!
