Martha has all the right people in her life, setting her up for success. She wanted to stay in her neighborhood, but wanted to get out of apartment living and rent, and into condo living and ownership. She called her friend Lisa, who set her up with her lender and myself as her REALTOR®. Within 6 hours of first speaking, Martha was in contract for her very first home. She crushed it.
