On a Monday morning, we learned that the offer Sara had made on a huge fixer with a big lot was not accepted. Her plan had been a huge rehab that would take months. That same Monday, offers were due on this picture-perfect, move-in ready bungalow in Sabin. So after delivering the bad news I called back to see if she wanted to take a look.
It was a huge pivot for her, but I knew this place answered all of her specific needs for a property, without a big rehab.
We took a look and made an offer that very day. It was a multiple offer situation, but she was well prepped on what she needed to offer to win. And Success!
