Blog Buyer The Perfect Space

The Perfect Space

By Living Room Realty, July 16, 2020

After a few years looking (on and off) for the perfect home I am so excited my buyers found an amazing space,  it’s a fun story.⠀

This family has been one of my absolute favorites to work with. I met them when they first decided to become Portlanders a few years ago and they decided to rent for a while before deciding ultimately where to live. During that time they started to establish strong roots within the community they were living in and really wanted to stay nearby. They also really enjoyed the house they were living in (can you see why!? This home had been recently recent renovation by Hammer and Hand) so about a year ago, we approached the owner to see if they were interested in selling which they weren’t at the time so our search continued. Another year passed and things had changed so we thought maybe it would be worth inquiring a second time and this time we got a yes! This sweet family finally gets to stay in a neighborhood they consider home and the sellers have passed along this incredible house to people that will cherish it, congratulations to all parties!
