The excursion to find my client a home was one for the books! It’s not every day that you end up pending on a home with the most extensive solar panel system and a whimsical house plant that clearly owns the place. *The Plant* is what they call it – a long, beautifully grown house plant that has managed to wrap its way around the interior of this townhome. My buyers who were moving from Nevada to be closer to family needed a townhome with a fenced backyard for the pups, and ended up with an incredible townhouse and a new member of the family (The Plant of course). Not only did they find the perfect spot for them, with great access to the MAX for all of their traveling needs, they found a home with personality that they fell in love it.
