Rich and Kristin’s kiddo went to preschool with my son. We’ve kept in touch over the years and when they were ready to sell their condo they’d been using as a rental, I was so excited they called me. I knew they had impeccable design style, and after seeing the unit, we decided to stage it with our friends at Polka Dot Staging. Kristin was going to add elements from her beautiful store (woonwinkel) to help enhance the home. It worked. People came in and didn’t want to leave!
I love it when my little community rallies together to make it a big win for everyone. Congrats Rich and Kristin, and best wishes to the new owner of the Treehouse Condo!
