Blog Buyer The Wall that Inspired it All

The Wall that Inspired it All

By Living Room Realty, July 30, 2021

The world of new construction gives way to many possibilities as a buyer! Although the process is typically a lengthy one but the perks are ample and mighty. For my clients, it was a chance to design and have so much fun crafting their dream home. The process began in January and they jumped right in with the design. Customizing everything, my client spent countless hours planning their fun kids bathroom with teal tiles, stunning full tiled wall in the primary bathroom with a window looking out to the river, floor-to-ceiling shiplapped fireplace surround, waterfall island and floating shelves, industrial gourmet gas range in the kitchen, dual offices, and a built-in west bar and personalized home gym in the basement.

The end result displayed an incredible amount of collaboration, effort, and time spent because the end result is incredible. After such a long time of working on this project and anticipating the end result, we finally made it! My clients get to close on their wonderful dreamy new build and their newest chapter begins. Congratulations you two, I am so thrilled for you!
