Aaron and Erin first met with me about 18 months ago and decided they were not ready to buy. I was so delighted to hear from them after all that time to re open their search! They have been living in inner SE and
wanted to stay close (a common theme I have observed), so the house hunting began. We looked for a few weeks, and made 2 offers that didn’t get accepted. They toyed with the idea of moving to a new neighborhood but it just didn’t feel right. Then we found this 2 bedroom craftsman, in a location they knew and loved. Negotiating a tricky sewer repair was a lesson in patience, but the result is a house they are delighted to call home.
