Timeless in Portsmouth

By Lauren Hurley, July 6, 2020

Nicole + Matt were ready to purchase their first home. Having just relocated to Portland from Seattle, they wanted to find a home that was close-in, diverse and had good walkability to markets, shops & restaurants. Many of the homes we toured needed quite a bit of work, or didn’t have the right layout for their future family. When they came upon this home, tucked away on a quiet street in Portland’s Portsmouth neighborhood, they knew it was the one! Built in 2007, the home had a timeless feel and even more, was well maintained & turn-key. Welcome home!
