Allison and John had an flight delayed, late in the day, on a Monday. They were curious about a property at the edge of the South East Uplift, and we made contact on the phone. Luckily the flight delay allowed us to view this little get-away condo. They are both two peas in a pod and they know what they want without hesitation. So after checking out the property there wasn’t a question, the location was perfect. Then off they went on the plane with thoughts of this condo dancing in their heads.
Time was short at the viewing but by the time that their flight landed, they reported back that they were certain in wanting to make an offer. The wheels started turning and it was fun to work with these wonderful buyers. Allison and John enjoy helping people and they have a beautiful outlook on life. Even downtrodden with a flight delay this duo turned it into a positive experience. The timing of the delay has now improved the quality of their life! Now they have a fantastic little condo that is in a perfect location and close to their children and grandchildren.
That’s priceless, and so are these two.
