Tiny House, Big Lot

Fernando reached out to me last summer while I was out of town helping my mom celebrate her birthday. We were able to instantly connect and dial in on what he was looking for and how I could best help him and his fiancee Drake. They wanted a home that they could eventually add an ADU. A place to house visiting family and friends, and to eventually have an additional stream of revenue. We looked for several months before they found the sweetest little home on a big cornet lot that will allow them the opportunity to eventually make their ADU dreams.
