Imagine fireworks being inserted into this blog because that’s the excitement we feel for these new homeowners.
Sometimes in life the stars just align and things WORK OUT. These two decided it was time to buy, looked at what is now their very own property, and said “we do” on their first trip around. You can have whatever you want in this life! Just go get it! And when you find it, grab it, hug it, and in this case, write an offer on it!
They didn’t even bat an eye when we rolled up to the house on closing day and saw that someone had attempted a break-in (the lockbox had been ripped off the door and was nowhere to be found). Thankfully, it was an unsuccessful attempt at breaking in. Those boxes are rock solid. We were able to get a locksmith out there right away to change the ALL locks and from there it was party time!
