Too close for comfort

By Aaron Hartman, August 9, 2021

We looked at one house that had a perfect view of the high school’s main entrance from the bedroom window.

That was a no-go. Their daughter would never forgive them if they lived so close to school.

I have fond memories of going to a friend’s house across the street from my high school to have lunch. She would bring us all over and make us sandwiches. As the months went by she would sneak a beer out of the fridge and pass it around. By the new year, everyone got their own can.

Yeah. Let’s look at another house, maybe a block or two away from school.
