Congratulations to James, Jen and the boys on their new weekend summertime beach house getaway. Located just off Laneda Avenue, they are in the heart of the action. Although it was competitive and there were multiple offers, they landed this in town gem. Week one new landscaping, ceilings, deck underway and kitchen update coming. Again congrats as the struggle was worth it through repairs, asbestos, mold and anything that was thrown our way. Plus, Jen you ruled bringing the lender in line. Say what 1031 exchange. All through the process everyone kept their sense of humor and the end result of worth it! The house is looking amazing already and I cannot wait to see the end result big reveal!
