Julia and Kevin were looking to graduate from their rented apartment and make roots here in Portland. At first they were looking for a starter house, but quickly found that inventory was low and competition was high. When we visited our first townhome they realized that it would be a perfect next step for them: it would be their own, much larger than their apartment, and have a nice little yard and great patio. But it wouldn’t overwhelm them with maintenance and yard work like some of the homes we had toured. Congratulations Kevin and Julia!!
