By Kevin Salisbury, November 23, 2021

Take a trip to Broadway to satisfy your sophisticated palate with restaurants sure to please. All these Restaurants are not only conveniently located, but all have a 4.5 and above Google stars rating.

Bluefin Tuna and Sushi– Established as Bluefin Tuna in 2011 in Seol, South Korea the owners wanting to bring the flavors of Japanese/Asian Cuisine to the states carefully thought out the menu to heighten the flavors of each ingredient bringing the best experience to your palate. Come try a sashimi board or try the Bluefin Special. With a 4.8 stars rating, you’re sure to be pleased.

Wild North– Opened as a food cart in 2018 now in a cozy Broadway house-turned-restaurant started when the owners wanted to pull off something ambitious. Use whole animals and produce from within a 100-mile radius. They had to battle the size and storage constraints of a food cart with the anxiety of being well received. Luckily, Wild North was a hit and regularly sold out, and eventually, the couple moved their mobile restaurant to its home today. Try one of the cart’s most popular items, a sourdough bread bowl filled with oft-changing, seasonal soups, or chicken liver pâté which gets a quick cold-smoke before it hits the sauté pan, and then gets paired with pickled baby corn and wild foraged mushrooms cooked in bourbon. Your taste buds will dance with this 4.6 stars rated cuisine.

Cadillac Café– A family favorite for over 30 years, Cadillac Café provides quality, consistency, and great service in a classic American-style space. The owners pride themselves on offering all your breakfast and lunch favorites with a few unexpected twists just waiting to be discovered. Try the Fleetwood’s Denver Delux Omelet, the Chicken Fried Steak, or the Huevos Rancheros. All are sure to delight with a 4.5 stars rating and over 1,300 reviews!
