L&D had been living in Vancouver for years. They owned an adorable little house and had decided it was time to move on into something bigger. They started looking around Vancouver when one of their friends suggested they sit down and talk with me about buying in Portland. L&D both work in Portland and most of their friends and family live in Portland as well. They had assumed that they would never be able to afford a house that fit their criteria in Portland. They decided to give me a try anyways. Well 6 weeks later I handed them keys to this charming well maintained Mid-century in the Concordia Neighborhood. Congratulations L&D!
