I met the buyer’s several months ago through my referral base. They had dreams, and I was their catalyst. The search dragnet was vast, choices so many – lot size, location, country feeling in an urban setting…the list went on. After just a few showings and streamline their needs, they came to realize that not all their wishes would come true. Reality struck hard and fast…….thank you Lordess! Within a few short weeks we had an offer on an idyllic home within the city. After days of preparation and education, the task of due diligence began, negotiations and finally the big day arrived……..keys in hand they were ready to settle in an amazing and unique home….good work y’all! Not done yet, the task of selling their amazing loft like NW condo begins.

Paul has a long history in the real estate business. He is recognized as one of Portland’s most knowledgeable and respected individuals in the business. During his airline career, he earned various maintenance mechanic, engineer and commercial pilot licenses. Although he changed careers, his love and experience of travel and interest in connecting cultures led to the establishment of his own company, TenPlusOneTours, in 2005. To date, once a year he organizes, plans and leads luxury tours to exotic and off-the-beaten locales. His clients both in the real estate business and travel are drawn to his sense of humor, resourcefulness and efficiency.
