I connected with Michael as he was beginning the search for his first home. One of the challenges with the search is that Michael is an avid ultimate frisbee player. He travels a lot in the summer for tournaments in the US and around the world. As things go, we found the house he loved two days before a long trip to Amsterdam for an international tournament.
We hustled to put together his offer and review paperwork before he boarded his plane out of town. We chatted during his layover in Dallas about the seller counter offer and before he landed in Amsterdam the deal was done! I made sure to be meticulous during the inspections and negotiations since Michael wasn’t here in person and things went smoothly. One month later I am meeting Micheal to deliver the keys to his new home, the ultimate frisbee crash pad.
