I recently had the pleasure of working with a lovely couple relocating to Portland from California with their three-year-old son. The family flew to Portland several times, during which we looked at dozens and dozens of properties. Finally, after a months-long search, we landed on the PERFECT new home in Woodstock. I even took my OWN three-year-old son to test everything out during the inspection. 🙂
