Very First Offer For First Time Home Buyers

This market is no joke for buyers! The competition is just so intense are can be challenging to navigate. When I meet with buyers for the first time, I prepare them to put in multiple offers before they get an offer accepted. But, every now and again, the unexpected happened. I met Nolan and Haley right when they got pre-approved to talk about their wants, needs and goals for home ownership.
