This market is no joke for buyers! The competition is just so intense are can be challenging to navigate. When I meet with buyers for the first time, I prepare them to put in multiple offers before they get an offer accepted. But, every now and again, the unexpected happened. I met Nolan and Haley right when they got pre-approved to talk about their wants, needs and goals for home ownership. We looked at a handful of places before we found “the one.” We collaborated with the listing agent, looked at the comps, evaluated the current competition, and put together a very competitive offer. AND THEY GOT IT! Fast forward to 30 days later, and they are the proud new owners of a solid home in Milwaukie with a brand new roof and gutters. I couldn’t be more proud or happy for them!
