Congratulations to my amazing buyers on the purchase of this SW home with the most incredible views! I met these buyers a few years ago through a friend of mine. They were about to move to Portland for a job and wanted to connect with a realtor to learn about the different areas of Portland. We spent a few hours in my car chatting, and driving around ALL over Portland. I pointed out all the different neighborhoods, awesome restaurants, and beer hotspots. They ended up renting a great apartment right in the heart of the Richmond neighborhood after falling in love with that little pocket. Over the next few years, we kept in touch, and then they were ready to put down some roots. We hit the ground running and toured a TON of houses, submitted a few very competitive offers (that unfortunately didn’t pan out….thanks to this wild market). But, all of that led them to this gem of a house. They are beyond excited to call this place home. Congratulations Casey and Kyle! I am looking forward to enjoying a drink on the deck one of these days!
