Helping friends buy homes is honestly the best part of the job. Helping Jake help his best friends Gabe and Kelsey find a home was even sweeter to see. They’ve been looking on and off for about a year, but this time, they were all the way in. Soon after starting up their search, they found this home near Tabor that they just loved. We had worked with the listing agent before a number of times, so were notified that it was going to be competitive (even though it had sat for 2 weeks with no offers, such a weird market). Gabe and Kelsey did what it took, followed our advice, and they got the home of their dreams! The home itself is amazing, but right outside of it there is a tree that has long, pine cone like branches that occasionally fall off. We love you guys, so watch out for that tree..
