The big house was gorgeous and fun to live in, set high up in the hills near Pittock Mansion, but it required constant upkeep and felt a bit isolated for these very busy social guys. Downsizing to a condo with just the right amount of outdoor space for dinners alfresco, just a block away from a New Seasons and much closer to their friends. The savings in utility bills alone could pay for a trip abroad, which is what Greg & Ernie expect to be doing more of, locking the front door without a worry.
