I met this wonderful buyer about a year ago. We went on an amazing journey that took us all over the state of Washington. The long journey took us to just a quick 45 minute drive from Portland to the sleepy town of Stephenson. With its adorable downtown and closeness to the water and views for days, it checked all the boxes. So excited for my buyer and a little jealous.
