I always enjoy looking at condos so when my friend Ellen asked me in mid-March if we could go look for something – hopefully in S. Waterfront – I immediately said yes! We looked at more than ten different units – from Naito parkway to just north of 405.
Ellen dream client and a very savvy buyer, who knows her budget. She also has a very discerning eye so the second day we went out looking, we were both pretty sure we were just testing the waters, but low and behold – we found it! A gem tucked away in a beautiful condo association – right in S Waterfront. Her building is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. She’s also steps from the Waterfront Park Trail.
I prepped her when we went out that this market requires patience and perseverance, but we wrote a competitive offer, and it was accepted. We sailed through our inspection and today I got to hand Ellen the keys. Welcome home Ellen!
